I stayed with my brother Ringo when he was living in an apartment on 1st Street in New York. There was a very large cat there named Gomez. The thing about Gomez was you’d be taking a shower and the curtain would push aside at the bottom and in would come Gomez. He’d stand in there and let it rain all over his back. Sometimes I would have to say “Gomez, the water’s too hot! ” He was so large that he was not able to reach a lot of areas with the normal licking cat bath. So he got this idea.
